Services and Support After the Birth...

I usually remain with you for about one to two hours after the birth, until you are comfortable and your family is ready for quiet time together.

During the time after the birth, I will take photographs of your new family and help with initial breastfeeding.

I am available for phone contact to answer questions about your unique birth story.

At your convenience, I would like to meet with you within two to four weeks after your delivery to see how you are doing, to review the birth, to admire your baby, and to get feedback from you about my services.

I will give you a copy of the notes and labor log I compiled during your labor and delivery. I also fill out a birth story for you to keep.
